Group Fitness Class Descriptions

*Special Intro to Fitness Classes: Try one of these 30 minute introductory classes and feel the benefits!

Drop & Spin:
Drop the kids off and come for your workout! Great music, great intervals, all levels welcome!

Hatha Yoga:
This class focuses on breath work, alternately stretching and strengthening the body with gentle postures. You will begin to cultivate a more peaceful sense of well-being in body, and spirit. All levels welcome. 

Experience this total body “plateau proof fitness formula” workout, utilizing resistance and cardio training, which masterfully combines Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance, and Diet to help you attain and maintain your physique in ways that are fun, safe, doable and extremely effective. Anyone can do it!

Senior Aqua:
Strengthen and tone your muscles in this easy to follow cardiovascular workout. Great for beginners!

Strength & Conditioning:
Learn the fundamentals of weight training to gain maximum efficiency from your workout!

Yoga Pilates Fusion:
Strengthen your core and back through slow, controlled pilates exercises. Increase your flexibility with breath and movement.
